These terms govern your use of Hot Route. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Hot Route.

Hot Route provides fantasy football research, league management tools, rankings, projections, draft assistance, and AI-generated analysis. The service may change, add, suspend, or remove features. Hot Route does not guarantee that any data, projection, recommendation, or third-party feed is complete, current, or correct.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your email, password, devices, and connected services. Provide accurate information and notify support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that compromises another person's information.

You may connect third-party accounts or provide personal API keys. You confirm that you have permission to use those credentials and services. Your use remains subject to each provider's terms, limits, and policies. Hot Route is not responsible for provider outages, account restrictions, API charges, changed data, or revoked access.

Do not use Hot Route to break the law, access another person's account or data, interfere with the service, evade provider restrictions, distribute malware, scrape the service at a harmful rate, or attempt to discover credentials or private data. Hot Route may limit or terminate access that threatens users, providers, or the service.

Hot Route provides informational and entertainment tools. It does not provide financial, legal, or professional gambling advice. Projections and betting-market information can be wrong and do not guarantee a result. You are responsible for your fantasy decisions and for following the laws and contest rules that apply to you.

Hot Route and its original software, design, and content belong to the service operator or its licensors. League data, player information, trademarks, and third-party content belong to their respective owners. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use Hot Route for personal, lawful purposes.

Hot Route is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Hot Route and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost winnings, lost data, or losses caused by third-party services.

You may stop using Hot Route or delete your account at any time. Hot Route may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or risks to the service. These terms may change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
